Detailed Product Description
Stainless Steel Sheet is a kind of flexible substrate for IC devices because of its flexibility,
high strength and high thermal stability.
Different from traditional stainless steel sheet, this substrate requires mirror-like surface and good surface quality.
Xinanna therefore develops a special slurry and relative process for the chemical mechanical polishing of 4-8 inch stainless steel sheet.
